Mies van der Rohe's plan for a curvilinear glass skyscraper for the Alexanderplatz in Berlin, Germany was never executed. This animation shows a scale reconstruction of the facade, along with the projected locations of the columns inside arcs in the floor plan. It ends with a perspective integration of the skyscraper into period photography of what many believe to be the intended plot in Berlin.
